Since 1980 I have offered my skills to my clients on a full time basis. In addition, as an added value to you, I work with a full time real estate agent, Nancy Gardin, my assistant, since 1992.

I represent buyers and sellers in all price ranges for homes and condominiums. One of my goals is to develop a lifetime real estate relationship with my clients. My success as a top producer every year is evidenced by the fact that my clients call me when they are ready for their next move. And my clients continually refer family and friends to me for help with their real estate needs.

Nancy and I enjoy working with first time home buyers; families relocating to our beautiful area; and those "down sizing" or "up sizing". I have also enjoyed teaching home buying seminars for the public.
